TELUS EPP Explained

Yes, each employee is allowed to have one account with up to 9 lines. all lines must be held on one account per employee, and that account must be held under the name of the employee.
There will be $55 processing/set up fee applied per line order(Activations, Renewals, and Conversions)
Yes, please provide all requested information in your order including your current account number and phone number. Your new TELUS phone will be partially activated and will allow you to continue using your current phone until the new TELUS phone arrives. Once the new phone is received, you can complete the final step and it will automatically cancel the service with your current carrier and your new TELUS phone will be fully activated. Please note that your TELUS service will have started 1-2 days prior to receiving your TELUS phone. Please complete the your final transfer step as soon as possible to reduce the duplicated billing period by 2 carriers at once.
It may not arrive in time to leverage the current offer. We will advise you if this is the case and discuss other options with you.
Once all applicable information has been provided, your device should be shipped out within 1-3 business days. We will do our best to process your order as soon as possible; however, This may vary dependant on device availability.

You will be able to convert to corporate rate plan when you have completed 18 month of your current contract. $50 account conversion fee & $55 processing fee applied per line.
